My name is Shaun Weatherhead. I am a proud, and humble Yorkshireman, with a desire to serve others professionally or personally to achieve their own greatness.

In 2006; following years coaching business leaders and elite professional athletes, I realised my true calling lay inspiring young hearts and minds, setting out on a mission to motivate young people across the North of England. 

Little did I know that this would lead me to touch the lives of over 75,000 young individuals -  a path that would be as profound as it was humbling, with each encounter offering its own challenges, revelations, and triumphs, reshaping not just other's futures, but ultimately my own.
