My name is Shaun Weatherhead. I am an ordinary, proud, and humble Yorkshireman, with a desire to help others navigate limiting beliefs, overcome fears and develop unwavering courage to achieve success in life - be it in a professional or personal capacity.

Following becoming a father, in 2006; after years coaching business leaders and elite professional athletes, I realised my true calling lay inspiring the young hearts and minds (GEN Z), and set out on a mission to motivate children and young people across the North of England. 

Little did I know that this would lead me to touch the lives of over 75,000 young individuals -  a path that would be as profound as it was humbling, with each encounter offering its own challenges, revelations, and triumphs, reshaping not just their futures, but ultimately my own as well.
