Partnering with the iconic British national treasure; the Royal Air Force, we were entrusted to consult, design, and deliver an innovative secondary school leadership program aptly named 'Wings to Fly'

Program Highlights

Year 10 students participated in weekly motivational sessions led by Fierce & Fearless, focusing on developing emotional intelligence and fostering a 'YES, YOU CAN' attitude. 

Over 8 weeks (June - July 2024), the results were phenomenal:

- **93%** improvement in attitude and behavioral change

- **87%** greater sense of personal responsibility

- **87%** improved self-awareness and resilience

- **95%** enhancement in overall personal development
